Riddle: Randy Orton Was Supposed To Turn On Me Night One

Riddle and Randy Orton have become the best of friends since April 2021, forming RK-Bro and winning the Raw Tag Team Titles since uniting.

While things got off to a rocky start and there have been some tense moments between the two, the partnership was never supposed to be what it became according to Riddle.

Tatum Paxley: I Came So Close To Winning NXT Women's Title, I'm Not Done

"He was supposed to turn on me night one," Riddle to Mark Andrews on My Love Letter to Wrestling. "Literally, he was supposed to turn on me night one and then Vince and the crowd and everyone liked it so much that they were like, 'Are you guys willing to see if this works?' I was like, 'Yeah.' We like working with each other, we're friendly. Randy was gone for three months, I just kept the team afloat and talking about Randy. 'He'll be back soon.' I had no idea when he was coming back."

Riddle & Orton are currently feuding with Ortis & Chad Gable, competing not only in wrestling matches but in academic events.

The two teams are set to compete in a Quiz Bowl on Monday's WWE Raw. You can learn more by clicking here.
