In-Ring Action Stops During Commercial Breaks On 3/13 WWE SmackDown From The Performance Center

The March 13th, 2020, episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown is being presented with no fans live from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. As a result, when it came time for a commercial to roll, entering action completely ceased during the opening bout featuring Sasha Banks and Bayley against Nikki Cross and Alexa Bliss.

Heading into the first commercial break of the night, formatting seemed normal with Nikki Cross and Alexa Bliss appearing in control of the action with Sasha Banks and Bayley reeling on the outside from attack.

Six-Man Tag, Mixed Tag, X-Division Title Bout, More Announced For TNA Under Siege

Courtesy of this tweet from Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp, you can see that once it came to the commercial break, the action stopped completely as the referee appeared to be re-situating the tag rope, with the four competitors figuring out their positioning without any live crowd or presumed television viewers watching what was going on.

The action aired on Israeli TV, as the feed was brought back a little early.
