Robbie X reflects on working with AEW ahead of Forbidden Door.
At AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door, Bullet Club War Dogs (Clark Connors, Robbie X and Drilla Maloney) would challenge for the AEW Trios Titles on the Zero Hour portion of the broadcast. While the match was a back and forth affair, in the end The Opps (Samoa Joe, Katsuyori Shibata and Powerhouse Hobbs) would retain their championships.
While speaking to Pep Talks in a new interview, Robbie X was asked about appearing on AEW TV while the company was in Glasgow for AEW Dynamite ahead of AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.
“Incredible. I get to run this whole system with my friends, with my Dogs. I mean, being able to step on such a worldwide stage like AEW, it’s something that I have always wanted to do. Again, to be able to do that with my friends and show the world what we do, because we are the best faction in New Japan. We are taking over the world and people might not like it. People might not like us, but the thing is, they’ll still watch it, because we are incredible.”
