The Rock officially acknowledges The Tribal Chief.

Roman Reigns says he is the Head of the Table when it comes to the Samoan Dynasty and the Anoa'i family. In a new interview with Chris Van Vliet, The Rock was asked up front if he acknowledges his Tribal Chief and The Rock glowingly sang the praises of not only Roman Reigns, but Jimmy and Jey Uso and their ability to deliver strong performances during a time of uncertainty in WWE.

So with Roman, I think he's doing a pretty good job and the boys, too, The Usos as well."

The main shift WWE has undergone this year is the retirement of Vince McMahon and the promotion of Paul "Triple H" Levesque into the role of Chief Content Officer as he now oversees all creative.

As of now, nothing is set in stone regarding a future match between the two but both men have stated in the past that they would be open to having the match. Recently, Paul Heyman was quoted as saying that the match is simply a masturbatory fantasy for audience members until Dwayne Johnson signs his name on the contract. Read more here.
