Orange Cassidy And Best Friends Accept Kazuchika Okada's Offer To Join CHAOS; Tony Khan Comments

CHAOS is looking to expand.

Ahead of tonight's episode of AEW Dynamite, Rocky Romero sat Best Friends (Orange Cassidy, Chuck Taylor, Kris Statlander & Wheeler Yuta) down and presented them with some very exciting news. He said the following:

AEW Rampage (4/20) Viewership And Demo Rating Jump With Lead In From AEW Collision

"Look, I've asked you all to be here for a very special meeting. I've asked the cameras here to document this historic moment. I just got off the phone with my best friend, the main man, the Rainmaker himself, Kazuchika Okada, and he's got an offer for all of you. What about Best Friends joining CHAOS. I'm talking Trent, O.C., Statlander, and Yuta."

Taylor interjected saying that Yuta is barely part of Best Friends. Rocky clarified that the invitation was also extended to Taylor, who was previously a member of the group from 2017-2019. Chuck even has the towel, still. Despite O.C. not knowing what was happening, Taylor accepted on their behalf.

AEW President Tony Khan confirmed the news, saying that this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship.

CHAOS was formed in 2009 with Shinsuke Nakamura serving as the faction's first leader. Current members include Hirooki Goto, Kazuchika Okada, Mikey Nicholls, Robbie Eagles, Rocky Romero, Tomohiro Ishii, Toru Yano, Yoh, and YOSHI-HASHI.

Goto, Ishii, and YOSHI-HASHI recently lost their NEVER Openweight Six-Man Titles to House of Torture (EVIL, SHO & Yujiro Takahashi) at New Japan's Power Struggle event.

This Saturday, November 13, Okada is set to face Buddy Matthews at NJPW Battle in the Valley. This will be Okada's first match in the United States since November 9, 2019, when he teamed with Will Ospreay to defeat Amazing Red & Kota Ibushi at NJPW Showdown In San Jose.

Fightful will have live coverage of AEW Dynamite this evening beginning at 8 p.m. ET. We will also have a post-show review immediately following the event's conclusion.
