Roderick Strong Set For EVOLVE 117 And 118, Challenging Fabian Aichner For EVOLVE Championship

Roddy is coming to EVOLVE!

Friday afternoon there was a back and forth exchange on social media that was initiated by current NXT Tag Team Champion and one-fourth of The Undisputed ERA Roderick Strong. Strong mentioned on Twitter how there are NXT stars holding EVOLVE gold referring to The Street Profits and Fabian Aichner but Roderick concluded his tweet by saying that there are no bigger stars than The Undisputed ERA and maybe he should prove that by showing up to one of the forthcoming EVOLVE shows.

This lead to EVOLVE booker and creative writer Gabe Sapolsky chiming in and noting that he'll have to make some calls.

The EVOLVE Champion Fabian Aichner chimed in and so did the "Daredevil" Darby Allin. Both Aichner and Allin called Roddy out and today in a press release sent out by WWE, it was announced that Roderick Strong is EVOLVE 117 and 118 bound. At EVOLVE 117 Roddy will challenge Fabian Aichner for the EVOLVE Championship in Queens, NY on December 15th and the following day he'll face Darby Allin at EVOLVE 118 in Deer Park, New York.
