ROH Pays Tribute To ‘The Butcher’ Andy Williams At TV Tapings

“The Butcher” Andy Williams passed away over the weekend at the age of 48.

Williams competed in AEW from 2019 to 2025, and in ROH in 2023 and 2024.

Before the ROH TV tapings in Jacksonville, FL on September 8, Ring of Honor held a moment of silence for Andy along with a ten bell salute. Tony Khan was present for the salute and moment of silence.

He last wrestled for ROH in November 2024, facing Katsuyori Shibata.

Before he was a pro wrestling, Andy Williams was in the band Every Time I Die. The group was inducted into the Buffalo Music Hall of Fame in 2019.
