ROH Posts Statement Supporting Diversity & Inclusion, Faye Jackson Responds

Like many companies over the past week, ROH commented on the murder of George Floyd and the ongoing protests across the United States.

Ring of Honor posted a statement on Friday, which you can read below.

ROH stands with the peaceful protests occurring around the country that are forcing important conversation and action to address racism in this country.

ROH supports a diverse, inclusive community that treats all people with the respect and dignity that they deserve, and we will use our platform to expose instances of racism and prejudice in all forms.

We also extend our sincere condolences to the Floyd family and hope that as a country we can come together and ensure incidents like this never happen again.

WWE and IMPACT previously posted statements that went against racism following the murder of George Floyd as well.

Independent wrestler Faye Jackson commented on ROH's statement, calling out the company for past issues when it comes to diversity.

Faye didn't give a timeframe on when the locker room meetings happened. She wrestled for ROH in 2016 and 2017, competing at an event titled ROH Women Of Honor in August 2016. ROH calls their entire women's division the Women of Honor.

ROH has not publicly commented on Faye's claims.
