ROH Signs Two Championship Bouts For Honor United: London Show

Ring Of Honor has announced two championship matches for its London Honor United show.

First up, Kelly Klein will defend her Women Of Honor Championship against Mandy Leon:

KELLY KLEIN PUTS WOH WORLD TITLE ON LINE AGAINST THE ALLURE'S MANDY LEON IN LONDON

Kelly Klein’s first title defense since winning her third Women of Honor World Championship will be against a member of The Allure, but it’s not former champion Angelina Love.

Love’s partner in crime, Mandy Leon, will challenge Klein for the title on the Honor United UK tour stop in London on Oct. 25.

Despite Leon’s less-than-honorable actions since forming The Allure last April, there’s no denying she is a pioneer in WOH. She competed in the first WOH-branded match in 2015, and in 2017 Leon wrestled in the first WOH bout highlighted on an ROH pay-per-view.

However, for all of Leon’s success in WOH as well as Stardom in Japan, the WOH World Title has eluded her. She is determined to bring the championship back to The Allure.

Klein, the only woman to hold the championship more than once, regained the title from Love at Glory by Honor in New Orleans on Oct. 12. Not only does “The Gatekeeper” want to defeat Leon, she also wants to gain retribution for all the times Leon attacked her and interfered in her matches.

Will Leon win her first world championship? Or will Klein retain her title and gain revenge? Join us live in person or streaming for HonorClub to find out!

Also, the UK’s own Joe Hendry will challenge for the ROH Television Championship:

JOE HENDRY CHALLENGES SHANE TAYLOR FOR ROH WORLD TV TITLE IN LONDON

Scottish star Joe Hendry has an opportunity to win gold in the UK when he faces ROH World Television Champion Shane Taylor on the Honor United tour stop in London on Oct. 25.

Hendry earned the shot by taking Taylor to a 15-minute draw in a Proving Ground Match last month in Chicago.

“The Prestigious One” has certainly made an impact since making his ROH debut in August. Not only has he been impressive in the ring, but the charismatic Hendry has entertained fans with his gift of gab and musical ability.

He’ll need to be at the top of his game when he faces Taylor with the title on the line. The star of Shane Taylor Promotions, Taylor has been a dominant champion since winning the ROH World Television Title in May.

The bad man from the mean streets of East Cleveland has long felt overlooked and underappreciated by ROH officials and fans, and he would love nothing more than to destroy a guy who came into ROH with fanfare such as Hendry.

Will Hendry make history in London? Or will Taylor make yet another successful title defense? Join us live in person or streaming for HonorClub to find out!
