Samoa Joe and Mark Briscoe are prepared to throw down on March 31.
On Thursday, March 9, 2023, Mark Briscoe answered Samoa Joe's open challenge for a Ring of Honor TV Title. Seven days later, on March 16, the match was made official for ROH Supercard of Honor 2023.

Mark Briscoe is still recognized as one-half of the Ring of Honor World Tag Team Champions. Following the passing of Jay Briscoe, those titles will be held high above the ring at Supercard of Honor in the Reach for the Sky Ladder Match.
Later in the show, Athena challenged Yuka Sakazaki to meet her for the ROH World Women's Championship.
That match was not yet confirmed.
