Chris Jericho will defend the ROH World Championship at AEW Full Gear.
On the November 4 episode of AEW Rampage, Claudio Castagnoli and Bryan Danielson both expressed their interest in challenging Jericho for the title. Jericho beat Castagnoli to win the title on AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam, and the latter hasn't gotten a rematch yet. Danielson challenged for the gold on the October 12 episode of AEW Dynamite, as Daniel Garcia cost him the bout. William Regal told Jericho to make his choice, and later in the show, the champion pitched a four-way bout in which Guevara would even the odds between the Jericho Appreciation Society and the Blackpool Combat Club.
Jericho also expressed his hope that Danielson and Castagnoli would tear each other apart before Guevara would "do the right thing" during the bout.

On the November 2 episode of AEW Dynamite, Jericho successfully defended the title against Colt Cabana. He has also retained the championship against former ROH World Champions Bandido and Dalton Castle.
