In news that should surprise no one, Roman Reigns rules the WWE 2K18 yard.
According to TrustedReviews.com, the former WWE champion is the highest rated character in the upcoming video game, coming in at a 95 overall. Behind him are The Undertaker, The Rock, John Cena, and Brock Lesnar, all of whom check in at 93 overall.
Go ahead and take to the Twitter machine to complain about Reigns being rated two points higher than The Rock.
At 92 overall are Finn Balor, cover athlete Seth Rollins, Goldberg, and ’97 Steve Austin.
Ratings are typically based on push and not actual skill level, which would explain WWE Champion Jinder Mahal’s 88 overall rating. They also vary year to year with little explanation. Brock Lesnar was rating 95 overall in WWEK 2K17. Meaning he somehow got worse despite winning the WWE Universal title and successfully defending it multiple times, including a pinfall victory over Roman Reigns.
Braun Strowman, the man who Reigns has spent much of the year feuding with, is also rated at 88 overall.
Current United States Champion AJ Styles is at 90 overall while former WWE Champion Daniel Bryan is 91 overall.
WWE 2K18 hits stores on Oct. 17, but purchasing the deluxe edition allows you to play on Oct. 13. Also available is the Cena (Nuff) edition of the game, which includes a collectible John Cena action figure and plaque. Fans who pre-order the game will also be able to play as current RAW General Manager Kurt Angle.
