Roman Reigns Returns, Cameron Grimes In-Ring Debut, Women's Tag Title Bout Set For 5/12 WWE SmackDown

Roman Reigns will return on the May 12 episode of WWE SmackDown. This will mark Reigns' first appearance on WWE TV since the Raw after WrestleMania.

Plus, Cameron Grimes made his SmackDown debut on the May 5 episode of the program, appearing in a backstage segment with Adam Pearce. Baron Corbin interrupted the chat and dissed Grimes for being picked last. Corbin was no drafted at all.

The segment set up a match between the two for the May 12 episode of WWE SmackDown, which will mark Grimes' in-ring debut on WWE SmackDown.

Grimes was drafted by WWE SmackDown during the 2023 WWE Draft. He is a former NXT North American and Million Dollar Champion. He has not wrestled on NXT television since November 8, 2022.

Furthermore, the WWE Women's Tag Team Titles will be on the line as Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez will defend against Bayley & Dakota Kai.

As previously announced, the WWE World Heavyweight Title Tournament will continue on WWE SmackDown with two triple threat matches. The two winners will face later in the night.

Competitors for the triple threat bout have not been announced.
