Roman Reigns: We Got The Best Spot On 205 Live For Conor McGregor

Roman Reigns gives his take on Conor McGregor and Rob Gronkowski potentially joining WWE.

Earlier this week, Conor McGregor shocked the world when announced his retirement from MMA. Immediately following the announcement, WWE stars began teasing the idea of McGregor showing up at WrestleMania 35 and betting odds favors McGregor joining the sports entertainment juggernaut. Appearing on ESPN Deportes, Reigns weighed in on where McGregor would fit in WWE.

"We got the best spot on 205 Live. He is a cruiserweight, no doubt, and we'll let him go in there and flip with all those guys," said Reigns.

The former UFC Featherweight and Lightweight Champion is unlikely to appear in WWE anytime soon as he's currently being investigated for sexual assault.

Reigns was also asked about another rumored WWE target: Rob Gronkowski. The former New England Patriots tight end recently retired from the NFL and speculation quickly began that he could be WWE bound. Gronkowski has ties to Mojo Rawley and made a cameo appearance at WrestleMania 33. Reigns was less certain on where Gronk may fit in.

"It's hard to tell with him. He seems like a crazy enough guy. He seems like he's wild enough and has a great personality. He's clearly a great athlete."

Despite the smoke, no fire has been lit in regards to Gronkowski joining WWE.

Reigns has been making the media rounds as of late leading up to WrestleMania. He recently revealed that doctors discovered an enlarged spleen after recognizing his high white blood cell count.
