Roman Reigns Wins 'Best WWE Moment' Award At The ESPYS

Roman Reigns is the first recipient of the ESPYS' WWE award.

For the first time, at ESPN's ESPY awards, a WWE award was presented for the 'Best Moment' category and rounding out at the top of the voting poll was former Universal Champion Roman Reigns for his return to in-ring competition after stepping away from WWE in the Fall of 2018 to battle Leukemia.

Included in the nominations for this category was Becky Lynch winning the RAW and SmackDown Live Women's Championships in the main event of WrestleMania 35, Kofi Kingston's WWE Title victory at WrestleMania 35 and Ronda Rousey winning the RAW Women's Championship at SummerSlam.

Reigns, Lynch and Kingston will all be in action this coming Sunday at Extreme Rules. Reigns will team up with The Undertaker to take on Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre. Becky Lynch and Universal Champion Seth Rollins will put their respective titles on the line in a Extreme Rules mixed tag team match and Kofi Kingston's next challenger to his WWE Championship is Samoa Joe.
