Update on Ronda Rousey appearing in a sling on the March 3 episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown.

Ronda Rousey was originally scheduled to wrestle alongside Shayna Baszler against Tegan Nox and Natalya on March 3. Instead, she was in the corner of Baszler as she wrestled in singles action against Nox.

Rousey appeared in a sling and was noted to be injured by WWE, with WWE claiming that the injury was due to a backstage brawl that had taken place between Rousey, Baszler, Nox, and Natalya before the March 3 episode of SmackDown.

PWTorch reported that the injury is legitimate and that Ronda Rousey had aggravated a prior injury, but the injury is not expected to infringe on Rhonda's ability to compete at WrestleMania 39 at the beginning of April 2023.
