Ronda Rousey Breaks Alexa Bliss' Record; Now The Longest Reigning WWE RAW Women's Champion

Ronda Rousey arrived and she conquered in just one year.

It was one year ago that the current RAW Women's Champion Ronda Rousey made her professional wrestling debut at WrestleMania 34 and teamed with WWE Hall Of Famer Kurt Angle to defeat Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. One year later, Ronda Rousey will be walking into the main event of WrestleMania 35 to defend the RAW Women's Championship that she has held for 224 days which makes her the longest reigning RAW Women's Champion since the title was established at WrestleMania 32 in 2016.

TKO (WWE and UFC) Reports Revenue Of $629.7 Million, Net Loss Of $249.5 Million For Q1 2024

Behind Rousey in days as RAW Women's Champion is former five-time WWE Women's Champion Alexa Bliss who hit the 223-day mark and lost the title to Nia Jax at WrestleMania 34. Alexa Bliss went on to get the title back at the Money In The Bank pay-per-view and was defeated by Ronda Rousey for the gold just two months later at SummerSlam.

On April 8th, it will have been full year since Ronda Rousey made her in-ring debut and that day is the RAW after WrestleMania 35 and the night prior, Ronda Rousey, Becky Lynch and the current SmackDown Live Women's Champion Charlotte Flair will have been the first women to main-event WrestleMania.
