Roxanne Perez Addresses Online Threats: “WWE Has The Best Security In The World… I Feel Very Safe With The WWE”
The online threats were made to Perez in June.
During June 2025, there were online threats made to WWE’s Roxanne Perez. An X user threatened Perez’s life, posted a home address, and gave a date to imply when this individual would harm Perez.
Around that time, Fightful Select reported that WWE took said threats seriously and added extra security to an upcoming meet and greet that Perez was set to do. She spoke about the threats while being interviewed by San Antonio Express-News.
Perez said she’s always heard about these types of stories, but never expected it to happen to her so quickly. She added that WWE has the best security, and she feels safe with the company.
“I always heard about these stories but I never really expected them to happen, especially so soon. The situations like that can be very scary and I think that people should take these things seriously and I think that people should be very careful with what they post online because you don’t know how it can affect other people… WWE does a great job at protecting us and regardless of whatever’s posted online or whatever threats happened online, WWE has the best security in the world. So, yeah, I feel very safe with the WWE.”
Perez is one-half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions with Raquel Rodriguez. The duo successfully defended their titles on the July 21st Monday Night Raw against Bayley and Lyra Valkyria.
