Roxanne Perez reflects on spending long stretches of time in WWE Royal Rumble matches, noting the matches feel like 10 minutes.

Perez has featured in several women’s Royal Rumble matches during her time in WWE, including in 2025 where she would last over an hour in the matchup, setting a new record for longest time in the match. Now, she has spoken about the matchups, noting that the time passes differently when she’s in the ring.

While speaking to Allenownz Wrasslin in a new interview, Roxanne Perez spoke about how it feels to be in a Rumble match that long, noting that for her, it feels like only ten minutes has gone by.

“So people have asked me that a lot about like, if when I’m in the ring in the Rumble, if it feels like it’s so long or I’m like counting the minutes. But honestly, as soon as the Rumble ends, I’m like, ‘that literally felt like 10 minutes.’ It feels, it goes by so fast. There’s so many things happening. So many women coming out, so many- you’re constantly just trying to throw someone over. So like it’s, you’re constantly just like going, going, going, going. So by the time it ends, you’re just like, whew, that was fun.”

Roxanne previously spoke of sharing a moment with Nikki Bella in a Royal Rumble bout. You can read more about that here.
