Roxanne Perez successfully retained her NXT Women's Championship against Thea Hail in the main event of NXT Great American Bash night one on July 30th.
Perez managed to finish off Hail with the Pop Rox.
The two women traded submissions throughout the clash, but Thea could not make Roxanne succumb to her kimura.

This marked the sixth successful title defense for Perez. She won the title at NXT Stand & Deliver on April 6th by defeating Lyra Valkyria.
