Roxanne Perez Reveals The Best Advice She’s Gotten From CM Punk

Roxanne Perez says the best advice she’s received from her wrestling dad, CM Punk, has to do with social media.

Roxanne Perez grew up a huge fan of CM Punk and AJ Lee. While she’s still waiting for AJ to return to WWE one day, she’s gotten to interact with CM Punk behind the scenes and in front of the camera. Recently, she was asked about the best advice that CM Punk has ever given her.

Speaking to Justin Dhillon on Conversations with the Wrestling Classic, she said that CM Punk’s best advice to her was to ignore Twitter and block out the hate that can come with social media. She admits that sometimes the negative can be louder than the positive, but she tries to maintain perspective and remember that she’s living her dream and inspiring the next generation.

“To not look at Twitter and not look at the haters and not listen to any of the hate, because they can be loud sometimes, but we’re up there living our dream and making moments and inspiring people. So why listen to the hate when I’m doing everything that I’ve ever wanted to do?”

Roxanne Perez also spoke about her desire to wrestle AJ Lee and to hopefully not have to wait until she’s 80 years old to do that. Read those comments here.
