Ruby Soho Shares Her Belief As To Why Fans Are So Connected To The AEW Roster

Rubo Soho believes there is a reason audiences have connected with AEW's roster.

The former WWE Superstar made her debut with AEW at All Out earlier this month, entering the Casino Battle Royale as 'The Joker.' She would go on to win the match, last eliminating Thunder Rosa. In a new interview with Stephanie Chase of Digital Spy, Ruby, who had her name chanted before even having her music hit, explained why she believes fans have such a strong connection to AEW's performers.

"I think one of the best things about AEW is, and why our fans are so amazing, they see everyone on our roster as the most authentic version of themselves and I think they respond to that," Ruby said.

"I think that's why they're so connected and so rumbustious and so involved is because they can see, this is who this person is and they can relate to that."

"So I think that's one of the beautiful things about this place, it's just a wide variety from all different walks of life, all different kinds of people that are truly true to themselves."

AEW recently announced that Britt Baker will defend her AEW Women's Championship against Ruby Soho on September 22 at AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam.
