- PWInsider reported that Evolve is considering bringing in Jeff Cobb, who portrays Matanza in Lucha Underground.
- The outlet also reported that the Evolve event in Deer Park, Long Island may be the last because the advance for the show is low.
- The reports that EC3 is 'done' with Evolve are not true. He's not booked as he's working out details on his TNA deal.
- Gran Metalik, Akira Tozawa, Jack Gallagher, Cedric Alexander, Rich Swann, Brian Kendrick, Johnny Gargano, Tommaso Ciampa, Noam Dar and TJ Perkins are the names for WWE's new cruiserweight division. Xavier Woods, Sami Zayn, Sin Cara, Enzo Amore and Neville all fit the WWE requirements under their billed weights as well.
