Rusev: The 2018 Men's Money In The Bank Match Was Bullsh-t

Rusev wasn't a fan of the 2018 Men's Money in the Bank match.

Appearing on Chasing Glory with Lilian Garcia, Lana was reflecting back on her 2018. It was a banner year for Lana in the ring as she participated in the Women's Royal Rumble, Women's Money in the Bank, and the WrestleMania and Evolution Battle Royals.

"I can look back on 2018 and say I made history with WWE. I was in the first-ever Women's Royal Rumble, the first-ever Women's Battle Royal at WrestleMania, I was in the Money in the Bank ladder match. When WWE told me I was not athletic, that I would never wrestle, and I'm thankful for that," said Lana. "Because I love wrestling. I was wrestling NXT for free when he was injured just because I love it. The fact that I was able to be a part of these things when they said I wouldn't be able to. A ladder match is one of the hardest matches out there."

Rusev jumped in, praising his wife for her involvement in the Money in the Bank match while sharing his thoughts on the men's ladder match.

"It was way better than ours. I was in the match. Our match was such a bullshit thing. I watched theirs and it was way better. She took more bumps than me," said Rusev.

Braun Strowman and Alexa Bliss were the winners of their respective Money in the Bank ladder matches. Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp gave the Women's Money in the Bank match a 7.25/10 while the Men's bout received as 6.5/10
