Last night, after Alexa Bliss defeated Bayley to become the first competitor ever to win both the Raw Women's Championship and the SmackDown Women's Championship, she got a Tweet of Congratulations from an odd source.
Rusev.
There is a segment of the WWE Universe that is against any Superstar being pushed who hasn't "paid their dues" on the independent circuit for a decade or more.
Rusev was one of those Superstars a few years ago, getting that monster push in 2014.
Now it's Alexa Bliss with the rocket strapped to her back.
And if the Indie Purists get too mean, it looks like she's got some backup in the form of a Bulgarian Brute.
