All Elite and IMPACT Wrestling have been engaged in a working relationship since December 2020 and now, one of IMPACT Wrestling’s heaviest hitters has made his allegiance very clear.
Sami Callihan stands with IMPACT Wrestling.
Joining the promotion shortly after leaving the NXT system several years ago, Sami Callihan has been a consistent main event-caliber performer for years now. Capturing their World Championship and choosing to stay with the company and a time where many of the top names that have competed against him have moved on, Sami is proud to call IMPACT home.
Speaking with Sportskeeda about the working relationship with AEW, Callihan made it very clear that should anybody representing All Elite Wrestling try their hand at messing with him, he will make them regret it.
“If they want to step to me, I'll punch them in the head. This is my company. IMPACT Wrestling is my company and now that the 'door' is open? You never know where I might show up. You can never say never in the professional wrestling business.”
Callihan continued, “You want to talk about a ‘forbidden door’? I like forbidden things; I like kicking down doors. And, I think it's only a matter of time before you see Sami Callihan showing up somewhere, and make an ‘impact’. Pun? 100 percent, absolutely intended.”
