Sami Zayn To Defend WWE US Title Against Trick Williams At WrestleMania 42

On the 3/27 WWE SmackDown, Sami Zayn attacked Trick Williams in a backstage segment. Later that night, he answered Carmelo Hayes’ open challenge for the US Title. The bout ended in Zayn’s favor after he received some unintended help from Trick Williams.

Following his US Championship victory, SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis informed Zayn that he’ll defend his title against Williams at WrestleMania 42. This will be Trick Williams’ WrestleMania debut match.
