Sami Zayn vs. Solo Sikoa, Women’s Tag Team Title Bout, More Set For 8/29 WWE SmackDown
Three matches, including two title bouts, have been announced for the August 29th episode of WWE SmackDown.
WWE announced that Sami Zayn will challenge Solo Sikoa for the WWE United States Title next Friday on WWE SmackDown. Zayn pinned Sikoa two weeks ago in a non-title match.
Plus, Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss will defend the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles against The Secret Hervice (Piper Niven & Alba Fyre). Piper pinned Charlotte in singles competition on Friday’s WWE SmackDown.
Finally, Melo Don’t Miz (Carmelo Hayes & The Miz) will face The Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins) in a number one contenders match for the WWE Tag Team Titles, which are current held by the Wyatt Sicks (Joe Gacy & Dexter Lumis)
Melo Don’t Miz defeated Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) while Street Profits bested MFTs (Tonga Loa & JC Matteo) to set up next Friday’s bout.
