Samoa Joe Submits HOOK, Set To Challenge Adam Page For AEW World Championship At AEW Full Gear
Samoa Joe will face Adam Page at AEW Full Gear.
On the October 29 edition of AEW Dynamite, Samoa Joe, HOOK, Bobby Lashley, and Ricochet faced off in a four way match to determine the number one contender to the AEW World Championship.
In the final moments of the match, Ricochet struck Bobby Lashley with a steel chair. Lashley, unphased, turned his attention to Ricochet and chased him up the ramp. Samoa Joe took advantage of the situation and submitted HOOK with his Coquina Clutch just moments before Lashley made it back to the ring.

After the match, things got spooky for Samoa Joe, as The Opps helped him take out a group of masked/dressed assailants before signing the contract for the match at Full Gear. Adam Page entered the ring disguised as Tony Schiavone to take out Joe as the show came to a close.
