Samoa Joe Awarded New ROH World TV Championship Belt At The Start Of 6/22 ROH On HonorClub

Samoa Joe gets a champion's welcome in Chicago, Illinois.

At the start of the June 22 episode of Ring of Honor TV, new footage was showing of June 17 and the debut episode of AEW Saturday Collision, where Samoa Joe was given a brand new Ring of Honor TV Championship by Ring of Honor Chairman Tony Khan and the board of directors, Jerry Lynn and Stokely Hathaway.

The belt is now more in line with the design of the other Ring of Honor World Championships. After being gifted the championship, which Stokely tried to take credit for, Joe teased what he would do later in the night by telling Tony Khan that he would break "his boy's face." Joe went on to team with Bullet Club Gold's Juice Robinson and Jay White on the debut episode of Collision and a losing effort to CM Punk and FTR.

Joe has been ROH World TV Champion for 435 days after defeating Minoru Suzuki on AEW Dynamite on April 13, 2022.
