Samoa Joe Wants To Face The Undertaker, But Isn't Sure Timing Will Match Up

The Undertaker made his return to WWE at Super ShowDown 2020, surprising AJ Styles and winning the Tuwaiq Trophy. And while Undertaker seems to have his sights set on AJ Styles, another WWE superstar wouldn't mind stepping in the ring with The Deadman.

Speaking to SportBIBLE, Samoa Joe discussed wanting to go one-on-one with The Undertaker before either man calls it a career.

"Absolutely. You know, I think the things that especially now that I appreciate about 'Taker's work are much more on display now than they probably ever have been. And yeah, I would be down to get down with 'Taker, whether it would be now or whenever in the future."

However, Joe isn't certain the match is going to happen due to timing. "You know, timing is probably one of the greatest regrets that I think you can have in this business. And for the timing not to match up where me and the 'Deadman' could have crossed one another in the ring and got down, it's probably one of the unfortunate checks that I won't be able to mark off my bucket list."

Joe is currently suspended by WWE after violating the wellness program. His suspension was announced on Feb. 25.
