'The Milan Miracle', who currently resides in IMPACT Wrestling, has been largely absent from WWE since leaving the company in 2014. In 2020, Marella made a surprise return as his female alter ego 'Santina Marella' in the Women's Royal Rumble match.

While appearing on the latest episode of the Ignorance Is Strength podcast, Marella was asked if he'd want to make a cameo in a Royal Rumble match for WWE in the future.

“I would like...especially because a couple of years ago, I came back as Santina in 2020. I would like to actually comeback as Santino. I think people would really appreciate that.”

Marella entered the match at the number 29 spot in the 2020 Women's Royal Rumble match. After lasting 61 seconds, Marella eliminated himself from the match after being scared off by Beth Phoenix and Natalya.

Elsewhere in the interview, Marella said that he wants to keep wrestling on rare occasions to make memories for his children. Fans can learn more by clicking here.
