Sarray will arrive in NXT next week.
During Tuesday's NXT, another video package aired to hype the upcoming debut of Sarray. The end of the video noted that Sarray would make her debut on the gold brand on April 20.
Sarray is the new name of Sareee. Sareee confirmed her signing with WWE in February 2020, but her arrival to the United States was delayed due to COVID-19. In January 2021, she announced she would be coming to America once she finished up her SEAdLINNNG commitments. WWE continued to allow her to wrestle in Japan during the pandemic.
Sareee is a two-time World Woman Pro-Wrestling Diana World Champion, a former Sendai Girls World Champion, and JWP Junior Champion.
On March 15, WWE filed to trademark "Sarray" and "Warrior of the Sun."
