There's still a dream match for Satoshi Kojima.
Kojima participated in the 2023 Men's Owen Hart Foundation Tournament, taking on CM Punk in a quarterfinal bout. Punk was victorious in the match, which took place at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.
As a result of his victoru, Punk moved on to face Samoa Joe in the semifinals. Joe had defeated Roderick Strong in his quarterfinal match.
Punk and Joe squared off on the July 8 episode of AEW Collision.
Kojima was aware of the bout and knew that could have been him.
On June 25th, if I had beaten CM Punk, I would have fought Joe at this time.

It's my dream to fight Joe.
I hope that someday it will come true.
Kojima has had multiple matches in AEW, including a singles contest against Jon Moxley at AEW All Out 2021.
It is unknown if or when Kojima will return to AEW.
