Scarlett Bordeaux has filed to trademark “Scarlett”
The trademark was filed on December 8th. Scarlett notes that she first used the name on February 13, 2010. Scarlett was the name she used during her WWE run. She largely went by Scarlett Bordeaux during her pre-WWE days, and has been using that name since her WWE departure in August.

Scarlett is married to Killer Kross, and the two have been making regular appearances on the independent scene since leaving WWE. They have notably shown up in MLW, GCW, and more.
