- In a clip shown on the event, which was said to be following NXT from September 26, Joe Gacy told Ava to find a new family and that Schism was dead. Gacy is now looking for his purpose. Ava responded to this by tweeting the word "goodbye" with a heartbroken emoji.

- Further adding to mysteries in the world of NXT, a new vignette showed a man watching more WWE programming on his vintage TV. This time, the man was focused on second and third-generation WWE Superstars. When he turned the TV off, he saw a glimpse of a tiger t-shirt and blonde hair. Previously, this man was shown watching Cincinnati Bengals football and WCW Saturday Night.

- Trick Williams captured the NXT North American Championship from "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio at NXT No Mercy. On social media, Trick was shown celebrating with his family and being congratulated by Shawn Michaels.

- Carmelo Hayes is now on TikTok.

- Tony D'Angelo and Channing 'Stacks' Lorenzo successfully defended the NXT Tag Team Championship on a premium live event for the first time.

- In the NXT No Mercy opening contest, Baron Corbin defeated Bron Breakker in what was a violent match. Corbin also arrived at the venue in style on a motorcycle.
