AEW World Title match official for next week.
Chris Jericho will put the AEW World Title on the line in Chicago against Scorpio Sky on the Nov. 27 episode of AEW Dynamite. The match was made official on Wednesday's episode of Dynamite. Sky became the first man to pin Jericho in AEW, scoring a roll-up victory in a tag team match on the Nov. 13 episode of AEW Dynamite.
The match was set up following Jericho's "huge announcement," which turned out to be Jericho saying he would finally get his "thank you" in a big extravaganza from AEW and TNT officials. Following the announcement, Sky alongside his SCU mates Frankie Kazarian and Christopher Daniels, came out and used a Jedi mind trick on Jericho to get him to agree to the title match.
