Before Cody Rhodes became undeniable, he portrayed Stardust from 2014 to 2016.
Seamstress Sandra Gray has worked on many designs for Cody throughout the years, and Stardust was a difficult task for her because of the gloves.
"That Stardust stuff, that was kind of a last minute thing for me. When he found out about doing that, I believe I was home -- It's SmackDown, you go home, and then you go to Raw -- between that time, I had to come up with a Stardust outfit. I did, and I have never in my whole life made gloves. All of a sudden, now I have to make gloves, but I have to put a star to make it match. He doesn't even know the stress to took to do that. Once I got it figured out, it was a lot of handsewing, I literally put half of that star and I was sewing it on my own hand that very first one. I didn't know how to make gloves. I figured just cut it out and I literally sewed it by hand with my hand inside of it. Yes, I did get stuck a few times, but it was worth it because he committed to Stardust, and I love that about it. I feel like I was a big part of making that whole look come to life. The gear was not the easiest to make only because of the gloves," Sandra told Conrad Thompson on The Insiders.
Elsewhere during the interview, Sandra revealed she has plans to work on a book featuring her designs. Fans can learn more by clicking here.
