Opening segment
- Feels like forever since we've seen a real entrance from Shane McMahon.
- Daniel Bryan and Shane McMahon make their cases for Randy Orton and AJ Styles in the WrestleMania main event.
- We see Orton burning down the compound again.....okay?
- They announce Styles vs. Orton.....which was already announce.
- Waste of time.
- Backstage AJ Styles says there's a conspiracy against him and he's gonna take out Orton.
John Cena & Nikki Bella defeated Carmellsworth
- James Ellsworth says he's the Mack Daddy of Smackdown. Where's the lie?
- Ellsworth has Carmella on his tights. FANTASTIC.
- Miz and Maryse come out and Carmella capitalizes by kicking Nikki. Good way to get Cena and Nikki to work from underneath.
- Nikki and Cena quickly hit double knuckle shuffle that Nikki messes up. Stereo finishers and STF's.
- Miz says he loves Maryse, but Nikki Bella and Cena weren't allowed to be mentioned on TV for a long time.
Backstage Crappenings
- Orton says Styles should probably just "run."
Ambrose/Corbin
- Curt Hawkins, who is called "Chad" by Mauro, says Ambrose started something he couldn't finish.
- Ambrose comes out, beats him up and cuts a corny promo on Ambrose being a lone wolf.
- Baron Corbin is on the tron, and man, does he lay a stinker on the mic.
- Ambrose is going looking for him since Corbin won't come to him. This was really bad.
- Corbin attacks Ambrose with a pipe after heaving a security guard at him, then drops a forklift on Ambrose.
- There was some camera trickery here. Stop insulting our intelligence.
Blissertation
- Alexa Bliss runs down all the people she won't be facing at WrestleMania.
- Becky Lynch comes out, followed by Natalya.
- STOP SAYING YOU SEE IN PROMOS.
- Alexa Bliss asks if Natalya got into catnip.
- Mickie James blowing everyone out of the water on the mic as she insinuates she gets a title shot.
- Daniel Bryan comes out and says Alexa Bliss will be defending her title against every available woman in Smackdown. He books them in a "holla holla tag team match"
- It's a "tag team match, playa." How does everyone fuck that up?
Mickie James & Alexa Bliss defeated Natalya & Becky Lynch.
- Becky Lynch does four moves that left her opponent's shoulders on the mat, but goes for the pin when Bliss sits up.
- Mickie James' pants are terrible.
- Despite her shitty pants, she's still awesome in the ring. Her Mickierana looked nice.
- There's a funny spot where Mickie almost runs into Natalya.
- Real missed opportunity to not have Becky Lynch do a knee to a downed opponent
- Natayla turned on Becky. Alexa and Mickie win after Alexa tags herself in.
- Mickie turns on Alexa!!! Alexa's sell of the Mick Kick was outstanding.
Randy Orton defeated AJ Styles
- AJ Styles starts off with some awesome headlock work.
- Orton selling Styles' leg kicks like a legend. He follows up with an unbelievable overhead suplex.
- AJ Styles just shot one hell of a fast single leg.
- Orton even busted out a full nelson slam.
- There's not really a lot to break down beyond this being some awesome wrestling.
- Styles had scouted the RKO and avoided it on the springboard! He misses the 450 and Orton lands a pop up RKO and wins!
