- Seth Rollins wrestled for the first time in over a month at Money in the Bank. Rollins only had two singles wins on WWE TV in 2020 going into the match. In his 30 televised one on one matches between WrestleManias, 17 of those went to a DQ or a no contest.

- The longest actual wrestling match of the night was Drew McIntyre vs. Seth Rollins, at 19:20. The shortest was Bobby Lashley beating R-Truth in 1:40.

- Money in the Bank and the pre-show had as many matches as the Royal Rumble, which also featured two matches over 54 minutes.

- Asuka became the first person to win a WWE title in a Money in the Bank match.
