Speaking to Jonathan Hood on Tuesday Wrestling Tuesday, Deeb explained how there is a lot of truth in the character she is portraying.

"Honestly, a lot of what's coming out of me right now, character-wise and personality-wise, is real. I spent a few years coaching, a lot of positives for that chapter, a lot of gratitude, but there was a lot of BS and dealing with difficult personalities. This younger generation, they are entitled and they complain. A lot of my content right now is very real, it's real emotion coming out. You guys don't even know...I'm not saying this with bitterness, at all, I'm very proud of my journey and grateful for the struggles that I went through. I'm saying this like, you don't know what it was like to come up in 2005, 2006, 2007. How hard it was for women, the pressures that were put on women and how good that women have it today and they still complain. A lot of that coming out of me right now is real stuff," she said.

Deeb started her career in 2005 in Ohio Valley Wrestling and eventually made her way to WWE where she was famously part of the Straight Edge Society.

"Coming up then, those of us that came up in that generation, man. Obviously, the challenges change and we have social media dn there are all these other stresses. From an in-ring, female wrestler standpoint, a lot of these girls couldn't hack it then. What I'm projecting is truth. I'm still here and showing up and wanting to elevate my game. There are not a lot of people left from that generation. I'm standing strong and I ain't going anywhere," she said.

Deeb most recently settled her feud with Hikaru Shida, defeating her in the rubber match on the January 12 episode of AEW Dynamite.
