Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins aren't strangers in the ring.
Owens and Rollins have competed against one another as far back as 2006, when Rollins defeated Owens at IWA Mid-South. The two would face off in several tag team matches over the next couple of years, and even teamed together at PWG. Before both men came to WWE, they had an ROH World Title match at ROH Salvation in 2010.
The two had to dig deep into their repertoires at a recent WWE live event. Owens and Rollins ended up busting out signature moves of Hulk Hogan and the Rock, neither of which could finish the other off. You can see their interaction above.
This isn't uncharted territory. Current NJPW star and Bullet Club member Kenny Omega and ROH talent ACH had a fantastic exchange at PWG a while back. The two traded moves reminiscent of The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin, all started by a fan in the crowd handing off a Steve Austin vest. You can check out that below.
