In the middle of the bout, Damian Priest came down to cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase, but McIntyre prevented it with a Claymore kicking the briefcase into Rollins. McIntyre got back in the ring and delivered a Claymore to Rollins, who had been hit with the briefcase before Priest tried to cash in, but Rollins got his foot on the rope.

Instead of continuing attack Rollins in the ring, McIntyre tossed Rollins to the outside and tried to put him through the announce table. The tables were turned and Rollins hit a pedigree on McIntyre onto the announce table.

Back in the ring, Rollins delivered the Stomp for a victory.

This marks the tenth successful title defense for Seth Rollins. He's been the champion since WWE Night of Champions 2023 on May 27 when he defeated AJ Styles in a tournament final to win the title.
