Seth Rollins: Roman Reigns Doesn't Want To Worry About Work Right Now

Seth Rollins reveals that he's in constant contact with Roman Reigns, but the two don't discuss work all that often.

Speaking to Iridian Fierro, Rollins was asked whether he stays in touch with Reigns and if he keeps him updated on what's happening backstage in WWE.

"I talk to Roman once a week or so just to see how he's doing," said Rollins "At the end of the day, he doesn't want to worry about work. He doesn't want to deal with that headache right now. It's mostly seeing how he's doing and how he's feeling and how his recovery is coming. For the most part it's two friends checking up on each other."

On the Oct. 22 edition of Raw, Reigns announced that he would be taking time off as his leukemia had returned. He's stayed out of the spotlight since then, although he was reportedly in Texas for the Tribute to the Troops tapings

Reigns' leukemia has been used as storyline fodder in the recent Dean Ambrose vs. Rollins feud. Ambrose turned his back on Rollins and the Shield the same night Reigns made his announcement.

Later in the interview, Rollins stated that without Reigns, he feels extra pressure to carry Raw.

"I feel like (Raw) is my show and I feel a lot of pressure now that Roman is on the shelf to try and get better to carry the torch."

Rollins lost the Intercontinental title to Dean Ambrose at WWE TLC. He is scheduled to face Baron Corbin on the Christmas Eve edition of Raw.
