Seth Rollins Says Reuniting With The Shield Was A Cool Experience

Everyone enjoyed watching the Shield reunite, including Seth Rollins.

Speaking to the Amarillo Globe-News ahead of a live event in Amarillo, Texas, Rollins spoke about the Shields reunion that went down last October. He thought it was great that three years later, they got to reunite and show just how far they've come along:

Hank Walker And Tank Ledger Headline, Karmen Petrovic, Riley Osborne, More Set For 4/19 NXT Level Up

It was cool for us. There were a lot of fantastic moments between myself and Dean coming together, then Roman, Dean and I coming together. It was really a cool experience to come full circle and be back on the same page with them. We’ve been reliving some of the old memories and put in perspective of what we were able to accomplish in the three years we were apart from each other. It’s been special for us and I’m glad we got this opportunity

Fans were elated to see the trio reunited after being teased for weeks beforehand. For Rollins, he didn't anticipate just how much the fans were into the idea of a reunion:

For sure. To see the scale in which people were excited about it was pretty cool. I wasn’t really anticipating how incredible it was. It was a nice experience and kind of surreal. It was just awesome to be out there with those guys again and get that reaction

The Shield reunion is on hold after Dean Ambrose injured his triceps a few weeks ago. He's out for the foreseeable future, but the trio may get back together once the injury heals up.
