Seth Rollins Talks His Past Injury And Dean Ambrose's Current Injury

Seth Rollins says Dean Ambrose will be back for many Wrestlemania seasons to come.

Seth Rollins missed Wrestlemania in 2016 due to an injury and he spoke with MLive.com about that experience. Rollins said the main thing was to not allow an injury to hinder further progress.

"The biggest thing is to try and role with it and don't turn away from your feelings. It's going to be ok to feel sad, angry and frustrated, but try not to let yourself be negative. Turn it into a positive and use that as motivation to get back faster," said Rollins.

His friend and tag team partner Dean Ambrose is currently out of action with an injury and will miss Wrestlemania 34. Rollins said it is not ideal to be injured for Wrestlemania but Ambrose will be back for the long term.

"Neither of us, myself and Dean, had ever suffered any major injuries. For me in the months I was recovering, it was a good experience to step back away from being a pro wrestler and be myself and live my life and experience some things I never had the time for. If you're going to get hurt, the period around Wrestlemania is the worst time," said Rollins. "Ambrose is the man. He'll be back. It's not about Wrestlemania this year, it's about Wrestlemania next year and the year after that. It's about the long term," he added.

In the rest of the interview, Rollins talked about his match at Wrestlemania 34 which will be a triple threat match against Finn Balor and The Miz for the WWE Intercontinental Championship.
