Seth Rollins Tops The 2023 PWI 500, Roman Reigns Places Second; Gunther, Moxley, More Round Out Top 10

Seth Rollins tops the 2023 PWI 500.

Pro Wrestling Illustrated revealed that Seth Rollins has topped its annual PWI 500 list in 2023. Roman Reigns finished first in 2022. This marks Rollins' second time at number one, having previously topping the list in 2019.

The evaluation period for this year's PWI 500 is July 1, 2022 - July 31, 2023. The criteria for ranking includes win-loss record, technical ability, influence on the sport, success against the highest grade of competition, success against the most diverse competition, and activity.

During the evaluation period, Rollins won the United States Championship and the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, a title that he currently still holds. Over this time, Rollins also scored big victories over the likes of Finn Balor, Logan Paul, Damian Priest, AJ Styles, Bron Breakker, Shinsuke Nakamura, and Matt Riddle.
