Shane McMahon Introduces 'Raw Underground,' Babatunde Returns With New Name

The first rule about Raw Underground is that it's live on television.

On Monday's WWE Raw, Shane McMahon introduced a new concept called Raw Underground. The concept is basically MMA with competitors "fighting" in a no roped ring with fans wearing masks standing around the ring and dancers off to the side.

Fans caught a glimpse of fights before breaks and the official debut happened just before 10 PM ET. Shane introduced Dabba-Kato, who quickly destroyed two men and won via stoppage in both bouts. There were camera cuts to the dancers during the action as well.

Later in the night, Erik of the Viking Raiders beat up some guy, knocking him out with a knee.

In the main event segment, Dolph Ziggler picked up a victory on Raw Underground before the show was taken over by The Hurt Business. From there, Lashley knocked a guy out while MVP destroy a guy and Benjamin got the better of former Raw announcer Dio Maddin.
