Becky Lynch and Tiffany Stratton make history at NXT No Mercy.
Shawn Michaels confirmed via Twitter that the NXT Women's Championship Extreme Rules Match between Becky Lynch and Tiffany Stratton will headline the September 30 NXT No Mercy PLE.
This will be the first time women headline an NXT Premium Live Event since NXT TakeOver: In Your House 2020, where IYO SKY defeated Charlotte Flair and Rhea Ripley to capture the NXT Women's Championship.

And I’m very proud to announce the Extreme Rules Match for the NXT Women’s Championship between @BeckyLynchWWE and @tiffstrattonwwe will Main Event tonight’s No Mercy Premium Live Event.
This is also Becky Lynch's first time on an NXT PLE since 2016, but the first time she'll have the chance to headline one of the developmental brand's top events. This is also the first time that Tiffany Stratton will headline a Premium Live Event.
