Shawn Michaels may be working for NXT, but he has a week full of main-roster work ahead.
Already announced for next week's Raw Reunion, the two-time WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels revealed on Twitter Thursday morning that he'll also be appearing on Smackdown Live in a commentary capacity.
In addition, WWE would later confirm his news on Twitter, who also happened to mention it would be HBK's birthday week.
I've had a lot of ...ahem.. fun times on Monday Night #Raw, but I'm not just coming to #RawReunion to see some friends, ol' HBK is going to be joining commentary THIS Tuesday on #SDLive! #IveBeenPracticing pic.twitter.com/aYrzq2iiFZ— Shawn Michaels (@ShawnMichaels) July 18, 2019
Although Michaels joked about practicing by posting a photo from his D-X days, he does have his fair share of experience. He was a member of the WWE Raw broadcast team for several runs in 1994, 1995 and 1998.
Fightful will have full, live coverage of Smackdown Live, in addition to match ratings, podcasts and more.
